“2 liters of water” is marketing, not physiology

“I force 2 liters a day and feel like an aquarium.” Short answer: 2L is marketing more often than physiology.
Same pattern as a dozen “must-do” biohacks: hard numbers with no body weight, climate, activity, or kidney context. Careful doesn’t mean “drink less.” It means “don’t buy dogma.” Sleep, light, movement, food, stress beat a stack of rituals.
